For more than twenty years, Connie Morales built products inside the enterprise — across marketing, legal, healthcare, and fuel and logistics. That work is unglamorous and exacting: you learn to map how an organization really runs, find where value leaks, and ship systems that hold up under pressure.
Most AI consultants come from strategy. They produce a thoughtful deck and a vendor list, then leave you to find someone to build it. Most developers come from code; they'll build what you ask, but not necessarily what your business needs. AI Mind Systems was founded to be both — the rigor of an enterprise product organization, combined with a partner who personally builds the automation.
